Your menu goes offline and anyone scanning your QR code sees an offline page. Nothing is deleted — your menu, link, and QR code all stay exactly as they were. Upgrading puts them back online instantly, and your printed QR codes keep working.

When do my 7 days start?

The moment you put your first menu live — not when you sign up. You can take your time uploading, designing, and previewing. The clock only starts when your menu is actually online for customers.

What is the Forever plan?

Forever is a one-time lifetime purchase — pay once, use DIR.MENU forever. You get unlimited menus, 100 MB uploads, and every feature we ever ship. Only 30 seats available across 3 phases.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep your plan features until the end of your billing period. Within the first 7 days of subscribing, you can request a full refund.

Do I need a credit card to start?
