Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address via Google OAuth. When you upload a menu, we store the PDF file and its associated metadata (name, slug, creation date). We do not collect payment information directly — billing is handled by our payment processor.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the DIR.MENU service: to display your menus, generate shareable links, and send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
File Storage
Uploaded PDF files are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage. Public menu links are accessible to anyone with the link. You can delete your menus and associated files at any time from your dashboard.
Cookies & Sessions
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used. You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings.
Third-Party Services
DIR.MENU uses the following third-party services: Google OAuth (authentication), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Neon (database), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
Your account data and uploaded files are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request account deletion or a data export, contact us at the email below.
Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident before you commit. Pro plan subscribers have 7 days from the start of their subscription to cancel and not be charged for the next billing cycle — consider it your window to explore the product and decide if it's right for you. After those 7 days, the subscription is treated as used and no refunds will be issued for the current or any prior period. One-time payments — including the Forever plan — are non-refundable from the moment of purchase. By completing any payment on DIR.MENU, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
