Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using DIR.MENU, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Use of the Service
DIR.MENU is a platform for uploading and sharing restaurant menus as digital flipbooks. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not use DIR.MENU to upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or misleading.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of any content (PDFs, menu data) you upload. By uploading content, you grant DIR.MENU a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and serve that content as part of the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials. DIR.MENU is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Free, Pro & Forever Plans
The Free plan allows one menu with a 7-day trial period and 5 MB upload limit. The Pro plan ($200/yr) provides 3 menus, 20 MB uploads, always-live menus, branding removal, and embed support. The Forever plan is a one-time purchase ($500 for Phase 1) that provides unlimited menus, 100 MB uploads, and access to every feature we ship — with no renewals or price increases. Plan features and pricing may change with reasonable notice. Pro subscribers may cancel within 7 days for a refund. After 7 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Forever plan purchases are non-refundable.
Service Availability
DIR.MENU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not: reverse engineer the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, upload malware or malicious content, use the service to spam or phish users, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIR.MENU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
